FREDERICKSBURG, Va., August 22, 2023 – Catapult Consultants is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Fuster, Catapult CEO, to the Board of Directors of the Fredericksburg Military Affairs Council (MAC). Fuster’s appointment is based on his leadership skills and commitment to the military community and national defense.
In his response to the appointment, Fuster stated, “I am honored to join the Fredericksburg MAC board and support its mission of bolstering our military and national defense efforts. I look forward to collaborating with the board to establish partnerships, raise awareness, and advocate for the interests of the military community and our region.”
With over twenty years in government contracting, Fuster brings a vast reservoir of expertise to the Fredericksburg MAC Board. Before joining Catapult, Fuster led a portfolio for SAIC, a Fortune 500 technology integrator supporting senior government clients at the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (R&E) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S). He also previously served as Director of Defense and Intelligence Services for Quantitative Software Management (QSM), a DC-based boutique consulting firm, where he helped grow their family business and led a client portfolio across government agencies, military services, industry leaders, top consulting firms and small businesses.
Currently, Fuster holds the position of Board President for Stafford Soccer and serves as a member of the Stafford County Board of Education Technology Advisory Committee. He is also the Vice President of Operations for Riphean Investments, a private equity firm supporting the National Security community.
