Catapult Consultants Introduces New CEO Alongside Rebrand and New Website Launch

FREDERICKSBURG, VA, Aug. 23, 2022 – Catapult Consultants announced today the appointment of Victor Fuster as its new CEO as part of the company’s strategic growth plan which includes a rebrand and new website launch. With Fuster at the helm, Catapult plans to better integrate its cyber threat and financial investigation services with its expertise in data analytics to address the threats facing Catapult clients and the mission-critical data they secure.

Fuster joins Catapult with over 20 years’ experience in GovCon with small and large companies – offering senior-level experience leading high-performing teams and growing programs across government and industry. Most recently, he served as a Senior Program Manager at SAIC where he led a portfolio of project teams in their National Security and Space Sector. His teams secured over $100M in total contract value through numerous new business wins, on-mission growth and significant re-compete contract work supporting and earning the trust of their government customers. This experience combined with his extensive relationships across the Defense and Intelligence community will lend itself to the growth goals the company has planned for the future.

“I am proud to be joining a company with such a rich history of successfully delivering on our partners’ and clients’ needs,” said Fuster. “Catapult’s disciplined focus on the national security mission combined with its niche capability set of cyber threat assessments and data analytics makes it an exciting firm to join. Their team’s deep technical expertise and customer intimacy enables them to address the ever-evolving threats facing our clients today and in the future.”

The Catapult team has spent the last year re-establishing its core competencies and niche capabilities that it has developed over the last 20 years as a federal contractor – focusing significant time and energy into partnerships, restructuring internal infrastructure and reorganizing systems. This effort has included seeking new and more advantageous employee benefits and professional development opportunities to further strengthen Catapult’s culture and support its team of technical experts.

“We are fortunate to have such strong technical competency at Catapult. Over 80 percent of the employees are cleared at the TS level or higher, with many also holding advanced technical degrees and all with proven backgrounds supporting Defense, Intelligence and Healthcare agencies. Moving into 2023, we will be actively focusing on growth across the organization as we align our past performance to market requirements in the cybersecurity and data analytics arena to both expand our support to current clients and explore opportunities with new ones,” said Fuster.
