Team Catapult is proud to provide Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV to Air Combat Command (ACC) and the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW). Together, Team Catapult is continuing a long and successful partnership with the Air Force that has provided A&AS support to both ACC and AFDW since 2001. Focused on mission accomplishment, Team Catapult enables ACC and AFDW to respond to warfighter’s needs in an uncertain environment.

About Us: Team Catapult is comprised of diverse, broad, and highly experienced federal and defense experts specifically assembled to achieve mission accomplishment. Together, our strengths meet the following needs:

Program Management: Team Catapult practices program management through our proven life cycle approach. Our life cycle approach identifies, describes, and prioritizes capability gaps to minimize risk and provide a broader review of capabilities. It engages the acquisition community early in the process, improves coordination, and better defines non-material aspects of material solutions. In addition, Team Catapult’s PMO uses Clarity PPM™ which is well regarded as the deepest and broadest project management portfolio tool in the federal market space. It provides the tools and processes needed to efficiently gather measure, evaluate, communicate, and forecast project performance. Clarity PPM™ enables us to deliver controlled and predictable execution of Air Force programs.

Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI): Team Catapult focuses on 100% OCI avoidance, not mitigation. Followed-up by proactive Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) avoidance, Team Catapult is committed to task order execution without bias.

Security: Team Catapult is committed to safeguarding classified materials. Our team ensures that security clearances are verified, maintained, and then re-verified for new and existing CAAS IV task orders. Procedures for safeguarding classified materials are enforced, and personnel receive regular training to ensure they understand and comply with security requirements.

OCONUS Support: Team Catapult provides seamless international contracted advisory and assistance services.

Small Business Partners: Our partners include an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and a Women-Owned HUB Zone Small Business to help create a diverse, broad, and highly experienced Team Catapult.
