Catapult Consultants, LLC, the prime contractor for our CAAS IV team, is a professional services and management consulting firm specializing in acquisition management, financial management, healthcare solutions and information technology services. Catapult’s role is to provide overall team and program management, information technology support, analysis and subject matter expertise.

AT&T’s role on Team Catapult is to provide management, IT, analysis, support and subject matter expertise including program, project and technical management, Local Area Network (LAN) specialists, software development, logistics, program and staff analysis, and computer analysis.

Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. is a CAAS III subcontractor incumbent. Established in 1914, it brings Team Catapult a solid Air Force reputation from nearly a century of strategic and technology consulting. With nearly 25,000 employees, Booz Allen Hamilton combines a consultant’s unique problem solving orientation with deep technical knowledge in strategy, operations, organization and change, IT, systems engineering and program management. Booz Allen Hamilton’s role on Team Catapult includes program and project management, logistics, finance, budgeting, instruction and subject matter expertise.
